Event Support

Davis interactive will assist non-profits and for-profits in all areas of event planning. The process starts with scheduling and creating a planning committee. Assistance will then be given in obtaining and forming a budget, locating a venue, caterer, and entertainment (including any media needed for presentation). This includes contacting and working with venue and serving as the intermediary for the organization. Once the event details have been setup, Davis Interactive will devote time advising on the solicitation and securing of event sponsors and donors.

Committees will receive help in invitation (and program) design, venue décor/theme, selection of emcee and/or speaker and/or guest chairpersons, and organization and administration of auction.

Finally, included in services is assistance with set-up and break-down the day of event, and serving as coordinator during event.

Volunteer Staffing

Many organizations utilize volunteers to assist in day-to-day functions or event help. Also, many organizations utilize interns as part of their volunteer core. Davis Interactive will help your organization in setting up an organized database and advising you on programs that will maintain your volunteers effectively.

Furthermore, Davis Interactive will advise organizations on areas in which they can improve their organization through volunteer management and coordination. This includes budget, and program development.

Grant Writing and Fundraising

In these difficult economic times, many organizations cannot justify employing fulltime grant writers. Davis Interactive will serve as your contracted grant advisor through the search process, application, and management of grants. We will work with you to find foundations or companies that are offering grants that serve your needs. We will then walk with you through the application and submission process. This includes program budgeting and managing. If and when grant monies are received, Davis Interactive will work with you through the full term of the grant by assisting you with the accountability and grant management.

Davis Interactive also offers consulting on growing and managing your donor base. We will work with you to find new donors and show you how to positively maintain the ones you’ve already secured.
